Genel Bakış
Passage Talk basit bir ilke etrafında tasarlanmıştır: konuşmalarınız size aittir. Uygulama, dış sunuculara hiçbir kişisel bilgi göndermez, toplamaz veya saklamaz. Konuşma tanıma, çeviri ve seslendirme işlemlerinin tümü Apple'ın yerleşik çerçeveleri üzerinden cihazınızda çalışır.
İşlenen Veriler
Passage Talk'ı kullandığınızda aşağıdaki veriler tamamen iPhone'unuzda işlenir:
• Apple Speech çerçevesi ile metne dönüştürülen mikrofon sesi (iOS'un desteklediği dillerde cihaz içi)
• Apple Translation çerçevesine gönderilen metin (dil paketleri cihazınıza indirilir)
• Kaydettiğiniz kayıtlara opsiyonel şehir bilgisi olarak eklenen konum
• Uygulama içinden kaydettiğiniz kayıtlar (konuşmalar, çevrilmiş dosyalar, dikte edilmiş notlar)
• Opsiyonel Ses Tanıma testini (Ayarlar → Ses Tanıma ve Kulaklık Test) tamamlarsanız, sesinizin perdesini ve kaba spektral şeklini tanımlayan küçük bir sayı kümesi — ses kaydı DEĞİL — yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır ve yalnızca Diyalog modunun sesinizi yakındaki bir telefonun çeviri sesinden ayırt etmesine yardımcı olmak için kullanılır
Ses tamponları yalnızca bir cümle tanınırken bellekte tutulur, ardından anında silinir.
Verilerinizin Kullanımı
Veriler yalnızca uygulama işlevleri için kullanılır: gerçek zamanlı çift yönlü konuşma çevirisi, metin ve dosya çevirisi, kamera OCR çevirisi ve yerel Kayıtlar listesi. Hiçbir profil oluşturma, reklam veya analitik yapılmaz.
Apple Hizmetleri
Passage Talk şu Apple çerçevelerini kullanır — bunlar sistem seviyesinde işlem yapabilir:
• Speech (SFSpeechRecognizer) — sizin ve karşınızdakinin söylediklerini tanır. Belirli cihazlarınızda cihaz içi model bulunmayan diller için iOS sunucu tabanlı tanımaya geçebilir.
• Translation — Apple'ın çeviri servisi; dil paketleri ilk kullanımda cihazınıza indirilir.
• AVSpeechSynthesizer — çevirileri sesli okur, tamamen cihaz içi.
• Core Location + CLGeocoder — bir konuşmayı kaydederken (yalnızca konum izni verdiyseniz) GPS koordinatlarınızı şehir adına çevirir.

Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetleri
Passage Talk'a hiçbir üçüncü taraf SDK, analitik aracı veya reklam çerçevesi entegre edilmemiştir.
Veri Paylaşımı
Verilerinizi hiçbir koşulda üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmıyor, satmıyor, kiralamıyor veya başka şekilde ifşa etmiyoruz.
Veri Saklama ve Güvenlik
Kaydettiğiniz kayıtlar, uygulamanın iPhone'unuzdaki Documents klasöründe JSON dosyası olarak saklanır. Çevirdiğiniz dosyalar (Word, PDF, PowerPoint) da aynı klasöre yazılır ve iOS Dosyalar uygulamasında görünür. Her şey cihazınızın yerleşik şifrelemesi ve biyometrik kimlik doğrulaması ile korunur. Herhangi bir kaydın kopyasını Kayıtlar sekmesindeki paylaşma simgesiyle paylaşabilir, Ayarlar → Tüm Verileri Sil ile her şeyi tamamen silebilirsiniz.
Çocukların Gizliliği
Passage Talk 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. Çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamıyoruz.
Bu Politikadaki Değişiklikler
Bu Gizlilik Politikasını zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Değişiklikler uygulamaya yansıtılacaktır. Değişikliklerden sonra Passage Talk'ı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenen politikayı kabul etmiş sayılacağınız anlamına gelir.

Overview
Passage Talk is designed around a simple principle: your conversations belong to you. The app does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. Speech recognition, translation, and text-to-speech all run on your device using Apple's built-in frameworks.
Data We Process
When you use Passage Talk, the following data is processed entirely on your iPhone:
• Microphone audio, converted to text by Apple's Speech framework (on-device where supported by iOS)
• Text passed to Apple's Translation framework, which may download language models to your device
• Optional location (city name only) tagged onto records you save
• Records (conversations, translated files, dictated notes) that you save from within the app
• If you complete the optional Voice Recognition test (Settings → Voice Recognition & Headset Test), a small set of numbers describing your voice's pitch and rough spectral shape — not an audio recording — stored only on your device, used solely to help Dialogue mode tell your voice apart from a nearby phone's translated speech
Audio buffers are held only in memory while a sentence is being recognized and are discarded immediately after.
How Your Data Is Used
Data is used solely to provide the features of the app: real-time bidirectional conversation translation, text and file translation, camera OCR translation, and the local Records list you build. There is no profiling, advertising, or analytics.
Apple Services
Passage Talk uses these Apple frameworks that may involve system-level processing:
• Speech (SFSpeechRecognizer) — recognizes what you and your counterpart say. iOS may fall back to server-side recognition for languages that don't have an on-device model on your specific device.
• Translation — Apple's translation service; language packs are downloaded to your device on first use.
• AVSpeechSynthesizer — plays translations aloud, entirely on-device.
• Core Location + CLGeocoder — converts your GPS coordinates to a city name at the moment you tap 'Save' on a conversation (only if you granted location access).
All of the above are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/).
Third-Party Services
No third-party SDKs, analytics tools, or advertising frameworks are integrated into Passage Talk.
Data Sharing
We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your data to any third party under any circumstances.
Data Storage & Security
Records you save are stored as a JSON file inside the app's Documents folder on your iPhone. Files you translate (Word, PDF, PowerPoint) are also written to that folder and appear in the iOS Files app. Everything is protected by your device's built-in encryption and biometric authentication. You can share a copy of any record via the share icon on the Records tab, and delete everything via Settings → Delete All Data.
Children's Privacy
Passage Talk is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the app. Continued use of Passage Talk after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
